How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation Email and SMS with your Order information. You can also check your orders on My Account.
I don’t have a debit or credit card to pay / my card doesn’t work
You can still place an order by Cash on delivery or Bank deposit. Call us on 07666303006 or email care@exam18.com for further instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that are not yet shipped can be cancelled. eBook sales are final. Please contact customer care for more information
How are packages delivered?
Printed Books are sent through couriers like DTDC, Bluedart, Fedex etc. If courier is unavailable, we use Speed Post.
E-books can be downloaded to your computer. Please check your My Account or your Email address for download instructions
